Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods & Custom Personalization

Because Nanhe Talkies produces custom, individually rendered digital goods (such as 3D Animated Video Invites, Custom Bedtime Stories, and Stylized Nursery Portraits tailored specifically to your child's name, details, and photos), once generation has commenced, standard returns of digital media are not feasible.

2. Free Corrections & Revisions Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a typographical error, mispronounced child name, or incorrect event date/venue caused on our end:

• We offer 100% free revisions within 48 hours of your request.
• Simply message us on Instagram (@nanhetalkies) or email rankivdigital@gmail.com with your order details and the required correction.

3. Cancellations Before Processing

If you change your mind immediately after purchase and our creative team has not started rendering your video or artwork (typically within 2 hours of payment), you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting rankivdigital@gmail.com.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Debit/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
